DESCRIPTION:
It has tweaks and code cleanups that can improve the program's performance and stability, as well as including new features for the new BDM driver that sets the stage for MX4SIO!
MAIN DIFFERENCES:
Official OPL doesn't have PS1 tab but may be slightly faster
OPL DB has the PS1 tab, but it's worth remembering that it needs POPSTARTER as no OPL runs PS1 games
